Professional Experience
- Worked as an Architect in the Firm “Sameer Rai En Associates” (October 1998-July2008) & ( December 2009-July2011)
Have worked as a private consultant on various projects of varied dimensions. The projects are of diverse nature, from private residences, residential apartments, hospitals, hotels, motels, resorts, commercial offices, factories & Educational Campuses and consultants for urban scale projects to interiors. Works have been detailed to a practical level and managed professionally. Design and execution of more than 150 projects in an individual capacity.
- Conceptualization of Award-winning Micro Watershed Development Plan: Based on intense field studies and micro watershed analysis, the Integrated Water Management Plan was prepared for the 518-acre campus of CURaj. As per this management plan, the location and layout of water storage structures were conceptualized by integrating local traditional knowledge. For implementing this plan, CURaj was facilitated with an award, “Exemplarity Demonstration of Water Management,” by GRIHA at the Annual GRIHA Summit 2014 in New Delhi.
- Conceptualized the design of four semi-permanent structures and associated site development at the Central University of Rajasthan campus (630 sqm)
- Conceptualized the layout and design of three helipads at the Central University of Rajasthan campus (2013)
- Conceptualized Architectural Design and Interiors of 1500 1500-seat ipurpose hall in which portal frame is used as structural member at Central University of Rajasthan campus.
