Under the broad research interest in Celestial Mechanics, I do research work on the theoretical models of classical problems. Basically, I study the different aspects of the dynamical systems/models (such as existence of equilibroum points, stability analysis, orbit determination and its stability properties, estimation of Lyapunov exponents, nonlinear stabilty using the Birkhoff normal form, computation of invarient manifolds etc.) under the frame of the restricted problems of few bodies and then find the suitable application in the space dynamics. To analyse the problems, generally, I use the Linearization of differential equations, stability theory, normal form theory, normalization methods, manifold theory, perturbation theory etc. For numerical as well as algebraic computations, I use MATHEMATICA software.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

Supervised 5 students of Amity University Haryana (Gurgaon) in their summer research project and evaluated their reports.
