Research Interests

1.      Survival strategies in Haloalkaliphilic bacteria found in soda lakes and its bioprospecting.

2.      Industrially important enzymes from Haloalkaliphilic bacteria.

3.      Design of epitope-based peptide vaccines against enveloped viruses.
